When you fill out the demo form, we collect the details you enter — your name, facility, role, email, phone, and any message. We use them only to respond to your request and set up your demo.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside ProPharma and the partners needed to deliver the program.
Any patient health information involved in the DVT program is handled under the applicable healthcare privacy rules (including HIPAA where it applies) by ProPharma and its accredited billing partner.
